Las Cruces City Council considers approving $229M budget

LAS CRUCES - Preliminary approval of a proposed $299 million budget will be considered by the Las Cruces city council when it meets at 1 p.m. Monday at City Hall, 700 N. Main St.Indirectly related to the budget, the council will also consider approval of the city's five-year, $64 million Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan, and a resolution that would allocate as much as $300,000 in city funds to go to help 11 nonprofit agencies in the city. ...
