See this Albuquerque BMW store's renovations

On Friday night, Sandia BMW owner Mike Houx got out the big scissors and cut a red ribbon in celebration of his store's renovation.

It's a renovation that cost $2.5 million and redid the entire 26,000-square-foot showroom. Director of Operations Kenneth Koehler said the showroom was completely stripped down and renovated in two sections. The renovation took nine months. New Mexico-based companies worked on the project including Jon Anderson Architecture and Paul W. Kenderdine Inc. as the contractor....
